Each of our programs has been designed to not only develop each student technically but to develop their self-confidence, focus, discipline, and love for the art by encouraging creativity and imagination in a fun, safe, and inspiring environment.
Classes are offered in Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Ballet, Pointe, Variations, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Ballroom, Pilates, Yoga and Cross-Training.

Northeast School of Ballet does not participate in recitals or competitions. NSB Ballet Students have the opportunity to perform in The Nutcracker and participate in the school’s Annual Year-End Lecture-Demonstration. Performances are open to the public. NSB's Lecture-Demonstration is structured to educate our audience on the training of a dancer from ages 4-21. Students demonstrate basic ballet combinations and variations choreographed by our esteemed faculty while informing the audience on the importance of terminology, technique, musicality, and artistry. Students that study modern, ballroom, jazz, and tap in addition to their ballet training, also perform in NSB’s Annual Showcase. The Showcase is an opportunity for our students to show their versatility to our audience.
